The Seller is;Judith Tetley, trading as calico cottage.com.au and craftinabag designs.

The Buyer is; The person who purchases products from the Seller.

The Product/s is: The stock line of items that are for sale by the Seller.

All details provided by the buyer to the seller are confidential. The seller will not give or sell any of the buyers private information to a third party.

3. Bought In Stock Products

All products which have been purchased from other sources for retail sale, have been done so in good faith, that the product is as the supplier says it is. No responsibility will be taken by the seller for any lack of quality, omissions or errors.

4. Manufacture of Stock Products

The Seller will use whatever is deemed to be the highest quality materials for the manufacture of stock products. The seller will use all said materials in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. No responsibility will be taken by the seller, for the failure of any materials which have been used to make and create stock products.

The seller will take care in the wrapping and packaging of goods for transit. The seller will advise the buyer by email; if an email address has been provided, as soon as the package has been sent. The seller will take no responsibility for the product/s once they have been placed in the hands of Australia Post or any other form of delivery service.

6. Payment of Product Orders

The buyer is responsible for processing payment for the order within 3 working days of placing the order. The seller will not send any products until they are paid for by the buyer.

The seller will not accept any returns from the buyer; and will not refund any monies or value in other products.
